Our client, a well-established (midsize) PE firm is seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant/Office Coordinator to support a team of junior to senior-level professionals (4-7 people), in their Alexandria, VA as their sole admin assistant in the office. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and has exceptional communication skills. This role is in office daily Monday through Fridays. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple executives, handling a range of tasks with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, coordinate logistics, and prepare materials.
- Arrange and coordinate complex business travel across multiple locations, ensuring seamless itineraries and handling expense reimbursements.
- Maintain files, correspondence, and confidential documents, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Screen and prioritize calls and emails, responding with good judgment and discretion.
- Support compliance reporting requirements for executives as needed.
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations across the firm.
- Step in to assist when other EAs are out of the office or need additional support.
- Take on ad hoc projects and special assignments as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Professionalism, maturity, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of responsiveness.

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 5-7+ years of experience supporting executives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
HOURS:
8:30-5:30pm; Monday through Fridays
SALARY:
$100-125K base + discretionary bonus + amazing benefits
