Our client, a leading private equity firm located in Hudson Yards, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This person will provide dedicated administrative support to a team of 8 investment professionals in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The ideal candidate has experience supporting a team within private equity, investment management, financial services, or a similarly demanding environment and can step in and hit the ground running.

This is a great opportunity for a polished, proactive, and low-ego EA who is comfortable managing multiple priorities and enjoys being an integral part of a busy investment team. The role is fully onsite five days per week in Hudson Yards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of 8 investment professionals
• Manage complex and frequently changing calendars across the team
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and conference calls
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries
• Prepare and process expenses
• Handle meeting logistics and conference room coordination
• Assist with scheduling and coordination across multiple time zones
• Liaise with internal teams and external contacts
• Track follow-ups and help keep the team organized and on schedule
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Assist with ad hoc administrative projects as needed
• Jump in wherever needed to support the broader team

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience preferred
• Prior experience supporting a team of multiple investment professionals strongly preferred
• Private equity, investment management, financial services, or similar experience strongly preferred
• Excellent calendar management and scheduling skills
• Strong travel coordination and expense management experience
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Polished and professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs
• Low ego with a team-oriented, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up

HOURS & LOCATION

5x a week in office in Hudson Yards, New York City. Flexibility for OT as needed.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE

Temp-to-perm.

SALARY

Up to $62.50/hour + OT during the temporary period, depending on experience. Upon conversion, up to $130K base + bonus + benefits.
