RECRUITING ASSOCIATE – FINANCIAL SERVICES FIRM
Our client, a highly regarded financial services firm in Manhattan, is seeking an experienced recruiting professional to join its Talent Acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 3+ years of experience, ideally within Recruiting or Talent Acquisition, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment and enjoys providing a high-touch experience to candidates and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is polished, organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while supporting recruiting activity, candidate coordination, reporting, projects, and broader Talent Acquisition initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruiting efforts across the organization
• Coordinate and manage candidate interviews, including complex scheduling across multiple calendars and interview logistics
• Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a seamless and high-touch candidate experience
• Support recruiting events and other hiring initiatives from planning through execution
• Maintain accurate candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting databases
• Prepare recruiting documents, interview materials, candidate agreements, and related communications
• Generate recruiting reports and assist with tracking hiring activity, metrics, and other Talent Acquisition data
• Partner cross-functionally with HR and other internal teams throughout the recruiting and hiring process
• Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, processes, and operational efficiencies
• Handle confidential candidate and employee information with the highest level of discretion
• Support broader Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives as needed
REQUIREMENTS
• 3+ years of professional experience, ideally within Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or a related function
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced, high-performing corporate environment strongly preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional approach
• Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and time management skills
• Strong client-service orientation and ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems strongly preferred
• Interest in leveraging technology and AI tools to improve recruiting efficiency and workflows is a plus
SALARY
$105K–$110K base + bonus
HOURS
Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Hybrid schedule in NYC
