Our client, a prestigious global investment firm, is seeking a polished, proactive Senior Events Coordinator to join its growing Events & Experiences team in New York City. This individual will help coordinate and execute high-touch events and experiences for an impressive community of executives, investors, entrepreneurs, and other senior stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and execute firm-wide events and experiences from initial planning through onsite execution
- Partner with internal stakeholders to establish event timelines, responsibilities, deliverables, and communications
- Manage event registration and attendee tracking through event platforms and CRM systems
- Coordinate all event logistics, including venues, catering, décor, entertainment, transportation, vendors, and budgets
- Research venues and vendors and assist with vendor selection, relationships, contracts, and documentation
- Prepare event decks, communications, and regular status updates
- Track, reconcile, and report on event budgets and expenses
- Conduct post-event reporting, including attendee feedback, success metrics, budget reconciliation, and key takeaways
- Maintain event files, materials, and shared digital assets
- Provide hands-on onsite support and troubleshoot logistical needs in real time
- Stay current on event trends and identify creative ways to continually elevate the guest experience
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of event planning/coordination experience within a fast-paced, high-touch environment
- Experience or interest in technology, venture capital, financial services, or a similar professional environment is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously
- Polished, professional, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders, vendors, and attendees
- Comfortable working occasional non-traditional hours around events
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; Salesforce experience strongly preferred
- Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, or other design experience is a plus
- Interest in leveraging AI and new technology to improve workflows is a plus
SALARY
$105K–$115K base + discretionary bonus + comprehensive benefits.
HOURS
Hybrid schedule (Mon-Thurs in office) based in the NYC office; flexibility for occasional evening or non-traditional hours around events.
