Apply to IR Coordinator to the Credit Management Team at an Asset Management Firm in Midtown

Our client, an alternative asset manager, is looking to hire a multifaceted Executive Assistant to support three senior executives on the Credit Management team, while also providing light administrative support to the broader team of analysts and associates. Candidates MUST have prior Investor Relations experience within financial services, ideally supporting IR, Capital Formation, Fundraising, Business Development, or other investor/client-facing executives. The successful candidate will have 4+ years of administrative experience and a desire for continued growth. This person should be comfortable interacting with investors and clients, thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, and be highly detail-oriented and proactive. The ability to anticipate needs, juggle changing priorities, and stay 10 steps ahead will be key. This is an exciting opportunity with a lot of potential! This role is 4x days/wk in-office and 1x day remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain calendars, contacts, and tasks (primarily through Microsoft Office); schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, car service, dinner reservations, client meetings, visas, etc.
• Answer phone lines and take messages as needed
• Provide investor/client administrative support, including assisting with new client prospecting, providing clients with information, and working heavily within Salesforce
• Help prepare presentation and investor-facing materials
• Manage research subscriptions
• Review, edit, and complete expense reports
• Conduct research related to projects
• Assist with special projects as needed; proactively anticipate work assignments and take on other reasonably related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4+ years of administrative/client support experience
• Prior Investor Relations experience within financial services is required
• Experience supporting IR, Capital Formation, Fundraising, Business Development, or investor/client-facing executives strongly preferred
• Must be comfortable interacting with investors, clients, and other external stakeholders
• College degree preferred
• Strong computer and internet research skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Salesforce experience is a strong plus
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple and changing priorities
• Resourceful and proactive approach to executing projects

• Strong client service skills

SALARY:
$130K on a base + paid OT + discretionary bonus + excellent benefits

HOURS:
8:30am-5/5:30pm + ability to work OT as needed. 4x days in-office and 1x day remote.
