Executive Business Partner to the Founder & President of White Plains Healthcare/Tech Start Up

Our client, one of the fastest-growing companies in pet emergency healthcare, is seeking an exceptional Executive Business Partner to support its Founder & President. Built around an innovative, people-first model, the organization is transforming the emergency veterinary care experience for pets, their families, and its employees alike.

This is far more than a traditional Executive Assistant role. The ideal candidate will serve as a true strategic partner—someone who can anticipate needs, think several steps ahead, protect the executive's time, and help drive priorities forward in an incredibly dynamic, high-growth environment. This individual will become an extension of the Founder & President, helping maximize his impact across the organization while partnering closely with the Chief of Staff and senior leadership team.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Serve as a trusted partner and strategic gatekeeper to the Founder & President.
  • Manage an exceptionally complex and ever-changing calendar while ensuring priorities remain aligned.
  • Coordinate domestic and occasional international travel, meetings, and logistics.
  • Prepare the executive for meetings, presentations, and key business initiatives.
  • Partner closely with the Chief of Staff and senior leadership on strategic initiatives and special projects.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization and serve as a trusted liaison internally and externally.
  • Anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and continuously improve systems and processes.
  • Handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Provide light personal support as needed.
  • Be available outside of traditional business hours as business needs arise.
REQUIREMENTS: 
  • 8+ years of experience supporting a Founder, CEO, President, or other senior executive.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth and/or founder-led environment.
  • Exceptional calendar management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Outstanding judgment, discretion, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly proactive with the ability to anticipate needs several steps ahead.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities while remaining calm under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
HOURS: 
  • Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:30pm 
  • 5 days/week onsite in White Plains, NY
  • Occasional flexibility to work remotely on Fridays based on the executive's schedule.
  • Flexibility outside of standard business hours as needed.
SALARY: 
$150-$225K Base + Bonus + Equity + Comprehensive Benefits + 401(k) + Wellness Benefits + Parking/Commuter Assistance
