Remote EA/PA to Founder of a Real Estate AI Tech Company
Our client, the Founder & CEO of a rapidly growing AI and real estate technology company, is seeking a Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to serve as his right hand across both business and personal priorities.
This is a highly visible, fully remote role supporting a founder with multiple businesses, investments, properties, and family commitments. The ideal candidate combines exceptional judgment, strong execution, and the confidence to push back when necessary. The Founder is looking for someone who can create structure, drive accountability, and become a long-term strategic partner.
This individual will take ownership of the Founder’s personal and professional operating systems, ensuring priorities are executed seamlessly while proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes, create efficiency, and solve problems before they arise. This role offers significant long-term growth potential for someone interested in evolving into a broader operational leadership or Chief of Staff capacity over time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own inbox management and correspondence
- Manage complex scheduling across business and personal commitments
- Coordinate domestic and international travel
- Track priorities, projects, and follow-ups through internal systems and tools
- Manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring deadlines, follow-ups, and commitments are consistently executed
- Execute special projects independently with minimal oversight
- Act as the central coordinator across business operations, personal priorities, advisors, vendors, and household stakeholders
- Coordinate with vendors, advisors, household staff, and service providers
- Manage personal logistics, appointments, reservations, and family-related needs
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and workflows to increase efficiency
- Serve as a trusted thought partner and extension of the Founder
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-5+ years supporting a Founder, CEO, entrepreneur, or high-profile executive
- Outstanding judgment, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable providing pushback and holding executives accountable
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex projects with minimal oversight
- Exceptional follow-through and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Highly organized and execution-oriented
- Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
- Tech-savvy, systems-minded, and comfortable leveraging AI and modern productivity tools
COMPENSATION
$100-140K base salary (DOE) + discretionary bonus + benefits
