Our client, a private equity startup, is searching for a rockstar Office Coordinator/Administrative Receptionist. The role is responsible for embodying the highest standard of hospitality and professionalism. As this person will be the face of the firm, the first touch point that guests meet, the role requires dressing for power, attention to detail, and the desire to create an unforgettable experience for guests. Overall, this position plays a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment while upholding the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism. The successful candidate will also possess a nothing is beneath me attitude and have a wonderful team player environment. This is a fantastic firm that is growing rapidly. The role is 100% in office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively coordinate all aspects of office management, including ordering office supplies, managing office technology, and keeping the kitchen fully stocked with inspired snacks
- Own the standard of excellence for organization and office aesthetics (e.g. removing unsightly boxes, staging drinks and snacks, ordering flowers, storage, catering presentation, etc.)
- Innate drive to complete requests in the swiftest, most elegant way possible.
- Assist in flawless employee onboarding for new hires (e.g. ordering office supplies, coordinating with IT vendor, completing onboarding checklists, cleaning desks and working with the HR team to adorn workspaces with everything needed first day)
- Protect the privacy and wellbeing of guests and executives – represent and interact with them in a way that elevates the brand of the firm at all times
- Reliable and punctual in-office attendance for 8:30am - 5:00pm office hours Monday through Friday
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-5 years of relevant experience (hospitality, reception, office management, executive assistance)
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher required
- Understanding of corporate office best practices and professionalism
- Experience with Outlook calendaring
- Proven track record of going above and beyond in current role (promotion and/or excellent references)
- Demonstrated ability to be consistently punctual in an early-morning role
- Indisputable team player, who is known to nurture and care for their colleagues
SALARY:
$65-100K DOE + discretionary bonus + 100% covered benefits, and other great perks
HOURS:
8:30am-5/5:30pm + flex for OT as needed
