Temp to Perm Executive Assistant at Midtown Investment Bank (5x a week in person)

Our client, a financial services holding company, is looking to hire a temp to perm Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to a Managing Director, Director, Vice President, and Associate. This is a great opportunity to support talented and dynamic executives at a fast paced and quickly growing company. The successful candidate must have a can do attitude, be a team player, and a great work ethic. This role is in office 5x a week in their Midtown office. 
                                  
RESPONSIBILITIES                           
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements (both domestic and international)
  • Maintain schedules and calendars for the team
  • Screen and forward calls, provide information, take messages and schedule appointments
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
  • Assist team with preparation of presentation materials
  • File, copy, scan and bind documents as needed
  • Order and stock business cards when necessary
  • Assist with personal tasks, when applicable
  • Ad hoc projects as requested
 
REQUIREMENTS
  • 3-5 years of prior administrative support or related experience
  • Excellent knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures 
  • Strong working knowledge of computers and relevant software applications, primarily Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

SALARY
$80-100K (DOE) + paid OT+ discretionary bonus

HOURS
8:30am-5:30pm + flexibility for minimal OT as needed
