Our client, a well-established wealth management firm based in Buckhead, Atlanta, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partner. This is a dynamic, high-trust role requiring someone who can operate as a true right hand while helping the executive stay organized, focused, and moving efficiently through an extremely busy schedule. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented, highly responsive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities frequently shift.
In addition to supporting the Managing Partner on firm-related matters, this role will also assist with a variety of outside initiatives, including nonprofit board work, real estate projects, and occasional personal logistics for the executive and family. The Executive Assistant will manage complex scheduling, travel, and communication flow while ensuring the Managing Partner remains focused on key priorities and deadlines. This role is based in Buckhead, Atlanta and is typically in the office 3–4 days per week depending on the executive’s schedule, so flexibility is important.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the Managing Partner
Manage a complex and ever-changing calendar, coordinating meetings, appointments, and commitments
Anticipate needs and proactively keep the executive organized and on schedule
Coordinate domestic and international travel, preparing detailed itineraries
Manage communication flow, prioritizing messages, information, and requests
Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and internal or external communications
Assist with outside initiatives including nonprofit board commitments and real estate-related projects
Support occasional personal and family logistics as needed
Maintain organization of the executive’s office, files, and information systems
Ensure the Managing Partner remains focused on priorities, deadlines, and commitments
Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion
Take on ad hoc projects and special assignments as required
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5–10+ years of experience supporting a senior executive in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and manage shifting priorities
Comfort supporting both professional and personal administrative needs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
HOURS:
8:30am–5:30pm + 24/7 availability via phone/email as needed (executive is very respectful of the assistant’s time)
SALARY:
$125K–$150K base (DOE) + bonus + benefits.
