9-12 month temporary Corporate Access Manager -- Hudson Yards, NYC

Our client, a Hedge Fund in Hudson Yards (NYC) is seeking a polished, energetic and engaging temporary, Corporate Access Manager.  This person will cover a 9-12 month maternity leave, helping to support their global investment platform.  The ideal hire is someone who can handle all the core parts of corporate access including acting as the primary point of contact for corporate access globally. 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for global brokers on all corporate access matters
  • Partner closely with Portfolio Managers and Analysts to understand evolving access needs and align execution with investment strategy
  • Coordinate high-value 1x1 meetings, expert calls, roadshows, conferences, and bespoke corporate access requests
  • Review and triage broker-hosted conferences; manage allocations, seat restrictions, and prioritization decisions
  • Monitor corporate access flow and broker performance, identifying gaps, duplication, and overutilization
  • Maintain and strengthen senior broker relationships to protect access quality and firm positioning
  • Ensure all corporate access activity is accurately logged in internal systems to support governance and reporting
  • Lead feedback collection and reporting following key meetings and events
  • Act as a resource for assistants and regional coordinators on execution, systems, and process-related questions
  • Liaise with Compliance, Operations, Procurement, and Technology teams as needed
  • Ad hoc projects as required
 

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate access, research management, or a related role within a hedge fund, asset manager, or sell-side institution
  • Strong understanding of global broker networks and corporate access dynamics
  • Experience coordinating conferences, roadshows, and bespoke access events
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage senior investment professionals and external stakeholders with confidence and discretion
  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
  • Strong systems aptitude; experience with corporate access platforms and CRM-style tools preferred
  • Adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced investment environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required
HOURS
8am-5pm
M-F in office with some flexibility to work from home occasionally
HOURLY
$65-85/hour
