Part-time (10 hour/week) EA to Cannabis Brand Founders--Remote

Our client, a fast-growing cannabis brand, is seeking a Part-Time Executive Assistant to support the company’s Co-Founders. This is a high-exposure, entrepreneurial role ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and excited to work alongside dynamic founders in a growth-stage environment. The role will begin at approximately 10 hours per week, with significant potential to expand into a full-time opportunity as the company continues to scale.

This position can be fully remote; however, preference is given to candidates located in the NYC tri-state area who are able to attend trade shows and in-person events as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide direct administrative support to the Co-Founders, including complex calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Arrange and manage domestic travel logistics and detailed itineraries
  • Process and track expenses
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including trade shows and industry events across the NY tri-state area
  • Attend select trade shows with founders to provide on-site support
  • Support project management initiatives and track key deliverables
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and operational needs as the business evolves

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Strong communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
  • Experience supporting senior executives or founders preferred
  • NYC tri-state area strongly preferred

HOURS & COMPENSATION:
  • Approximately 10 hours per week to start
  • Flexible schedule based on business needs and candidate availability
  • Strong potential for growth into a full-time role
  • $34–$43 per hour (DOE)
