Our client, a dynamic and growing investment firm in Midtown, is seeking a polished and reliable Receptionist to join their team. RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer and direct incoming calls, take accurate messages, and ensure smooth communication flow
Warmly greet and assist clients, guests, and vendors upon arrival.
Manage conference room scheduling, setup, and upkeep to ensure a professional environment
Assist with office events, catering orders, and occasional errands (flowers, lunches, gifts, etc.)
Support with expense reports and ad hoc projects as needed
Provide backup support to the Office Services Coordinator
REQUIREMENTS
1–3 years of experience in a professional office environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Highly polished, professional, and reliable with a strong sense of discretion
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a warm, client-facing demeanor
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to step in wherever needed
Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
SALARY $70-80K base (DOE) + discretionary bonus + excellent benefits
HOURS 8:30am–5:30pm, onsite Monday-Friday
Flexibility for minimal overtime as needed
