Executive Assistant to support 2 Partners on Deal Team at fast-growing PE firm

Our client, a growing private equity firm, is seeking a highly capable and resourceful Administrative Assistant to support two Partners on their Deal team. RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer and screen incoming calls with professionalism
Manage complex and demanding calendars, prioritizing conflicts with sound judgment
Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, conference calls, and conference room logistics
Ensure Partners are fully prepared with materials and briefings ahead of meetings
Arrange seamless domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, car services, and dining reservations
Process monthly expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain and update contacts in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and organization
Provide back-up support to the Investor Relations team when needed
Uphold the highest level of discretion and confidentiality at all times
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment (ideally finance)
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Punctual, dependable, and highly professional with a polished demeanor
Self-starter with strong initiative, ownership of responsibilities, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Poised, tactful, and adaptable to changing priorities
SALARY $125–140K base + discretionary bonus + excellent benefits
HOURS 8:30am–5:30/6:00pm, with flexibility as needed
5 days a week onsite
