Executive Assistant to a Founder of a dynamic boutique Private Equity firm (Hudson Yards location)

Our client, a prestigious private equity firm, is seeking an experienced and adaptable Executive/ Personal Assistant to support a high-profile executive in their Hudson Yards office. This role will also help provide support to 1-2 other executives at the firm. This role will provide seamless support across both professional and personal needs, ensuring the smooth management of her demanding schedule and commitments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, flexible, and resourceful, with the ability to pivot quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide high-level calendar management, including complex scheduling across multiple time zones
Plan and coordinate board meetings, events, and special projects
Arrange extensive domestic and international travel, ensuring seamless itineraries
Assist with personal responsibilities such as household coordination, errands, and event planning
Process expenses, track reimbursements, and support with financial administration
Partner closely with Executives to anticipate needs and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Jump in wherever needed—this is a hands-on role requiring flexibility and initiative
REQUIREMENTS
7-9+ years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably supporting a C-level executive or founder
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with proven ability to manage competing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident interacting with senior stakeholders
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to shifting needs
Positive attitude with a sense of humor and willingness to go above and beyond
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with technology platforms for scheduling and communication
Discreet, professional, and highly dependable
SALARY $130-150K (DOE) base + bonus + potential profit sharing + 100% covered benefits for employer & family!
HOURS Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, onsite in Hudson Yards
Flexibility to assist outside standard hours as needed
