Our client, a highly reputable investment firm, is looking for the CEO’s right hand. In this role, you will own calendar, communications, travel, meeting prep, and select personal logistics. This role is in the office, 5x a week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain business/personal calendar -- send daily and weekly previews.
- Manage the CEO’s inbox -- draft communications and close loops with stakeholders.
- Coordinate multi-party scheduling and logistics.
- Own end-to-end travel, hotels, ground, detailed itineraries, and contingencies.
- meeting prep, prepare meeting briefs, distribute pre-reads, and ensure everything is ready.
- Drive logistics for special initiatives, events, and vendors -- track follow-ups to completion.
- Handle expenses, reimbursements, basic POs, document execution, visitor access, and facilities/IT coordination.
- Manage sensitive personal matters with discretion.
- Ongoing ad hoc projects and assignments as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Composure in high-intensity settings; extreme attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Anticipatory judgment.
- Exceptional writing and clear, concise communication.
- Prioritization & triage skills.
- Systems builder: checklists, templates, trackers that raise quality and speed.
- Tech fluency: Outlook/Google Calendar, Teams/Zoom, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides; quick with travel/expense/e-signature tools.
- Excellent discretion across all matters.
- 5–10+ years supporting a C-suite principal or equivalent. Out of finance is a plus!
SALARY
$130-$150K (DOE) + Full Benefits + Paid OT + Discretionary Bonus + 401K + Great PTO
HOURS
8:30/9am-5/5:30pm (DOE) + flexibility with ability to be responsive after hours if needed + limited travel
