Our client, a well-established (midsize) PE firm is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to join an administrative team of three, working alongside two very senior EAs to support a group of approximately 8–10 junior to senior-level professionals. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and has exceptional communication skills. This role is in-office daily Monday through Friday. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple executives, handling a range of tasks with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, coordinate logistics, and prepare materials.
- Arrange and coordinate complex business travel across multiple locations, ensuring seamless itineraries and handling expense reimbursements.
- Maintain files, correspondence, and confidential documents, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Screen and prioritize calls and emails, responding with good judgment and discretion.
- Support compliance reporting requirements for executives as needed.
- Collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations across the firm.
- Step in to assist when other EAs are out of the office or need additional support.
- Take on ad hoc projects and special assignments as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Professionalism, maturity, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of responsiveness.

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 5–7+ years of experience supporting executives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
HOURS:
8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.; Monday through Friday
SALARY:
$100–115K base + discretionary bonus + excellent benefits
