Our client, a leading multi-strategy hedge fund, is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and professional Executive Assistant to provide one-on-one support to their Chief Executive Officer. The CEO values precision, discretion, and proactive thinking. This role focuses exclusively on business-related matters (no personal assistant responsibilities) and requires the ability to anticipate needs, manage priorities seamlessly, and serve as a trusted strategic partner. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, handling a wide range of business-related tasks with professionalism and discretion
Manage the CEO’s inbox and calendar, prioritize competing demands, and ensure timely follow-up on all matters
Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up actions
Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including contingency planning and detailed itineraries
Act as liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication flow
Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and business operations as directed by the CEO
Anticipate challenges and address them proactively to ensure seamless operations
Maintain confidential information, correspondence, and records with absolute accuracy and discretion
REQUIREMENTS:
Professionalism, maturity, and sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of responsiveness

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 10+ years’ executive assistant experience, including 5+ years supporting a CEO or C-suite executive in finance
Background in hedge funds, private equity, investment banking, or other high-performance financial environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related administrative tools
HOURS:
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM; Monday–Thursday in-office, Friday remote
SALARY:
$200-$275K total compensation, including base salary and discretionary bonus, plus outstanding comprehensive benefits
