100% Remote EA/COS to the Founder of a Dynamic Real Estate Venture Capital Firm

Our client, a dynamic Real Estate VC Firm, is looking to hire a 100% Remote Chief of Staff/Executive Business Partner to drive operational efficiency and business execution. This role blends high-level Executive Assistant responsibilities—including calendar coordination, inbox management, travel arrangements, and team offsite planning—with Chief of Staff functions such as project oversight, strategic planning, and investor relations support. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and adaptable, with the ability to anticipate needs and contribute to the firm’s success in a small, fast-paced team. This role is 100% remote or Aspen, CO option.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Track and manage OKRs and KPIs, aligning daily and weekly priorities with quarterly and annual goals.
  • Utilize project management tools (Notion, Salesforce, etc.) to track projects and streamline operations.
  • Oversee a complex executive calendar, optimizing scheduling and prioritization.
  • Manage email inboxes, draft responses, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel logistics.
  • Plan team events and offsites to enhance company culture.
  • Provide meeting support, including attendance, note-taking, and tracking action items.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all business matters.
  • Anticipate executive needs, proactively addressing potential challenges.
  • Resolve conflicting priorities independently and efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience supporting a high-level executive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proactive, flexible, and resourceful—able to conduct research, utilize AI as a thought partner, and generate ideas.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and thrive under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy, with a keen interest in leveraging AI for efficiency.
  • Quick learner, able to master new tools and become a Notion power user.

SALARY:
$130K + excellent benefits + 401K match + flexible work environment (remote or Aspen, CO option)
