Our client, a financial services firm located in Midtown is looking to hire a long-term temp to perm Executive Assistant to support a small team of investment professionals. The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of experience supporting senior level management and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a great team. This person must be extremely proactive and be able to manage up well.
RESPONSIBLITIES
- Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as needed
- Maintain a dynamic business calendar, coordinating meetings, contacts, and task management
- Screen and prioritize emails, ensuring efficient follow-up and response
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries
- Schedule personal appointments and secure restaurant reservations
- Attend key meetings, take detailed notes, and provide summaries
- Prepare, submit, and track expense reports
- Manage special projects and ad-hoc assignments
- Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication and workflow
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years of experience providing executive support to senior management
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in computer applications and technology
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a multi-support role
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
SALARY
$125-145K (broken down hourly while temping) + discretionary bonus when converted perm + great benefits when perm
HOURS
9am-5pm with some flexibility for OT
4x a week onsite
