Our client, a private investment firm, is looking to hire a Receptionist to join their team. The successful candidate must be well spoken, skilled, and love a challenge. The position requires 1-3 years of experience. Candidate must be a strong communicator, hardworking and always thinking ahead.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer/ direct phone calls, take messages
- Schedule conference room calendar
- Maintain conference room and other areas of the office
- Enter guests into the building security system
- Help take inventory and order office supplies
- Handle expenses
- Order lunch & catering as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Positive and humble attitude
- 1-3 years experience in a professional office environment
- Proven ability to collaborate in an administrative team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Someone who enjoys being the face of an office is crucial!
SALARY
$60-80K base (DOE) + discretionary bonus + great benefits
HOURS
8:00am- 6:00pm (with 1 hour for lunch)
