Receptionist at Boutique Investment Firm in Midtown Manhattan

Our client, a private investment firm, is looking to hire a Receptionist to join their team. The successful candidate must be well spoken, skilled, and love a challenge. The position requires 1-3 years of experience. Candidate must be a strong communicator, hardworking and always thinking ahead. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer/ direct phone calls, take messages
  • Schedule conference room calendar 
  • Maintain conference room and other areas of the office
  • Enter guests into the building security system
  • Help take inventory and order office supplies
  • Handle expenses
  • Order lunch & catering as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Positive and humble attitude
  • 1-3 years experience in a professional office environment
  • Proven ability to collaborate in an administrative team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Someone who enjoys being the face of an office is crucial!
 
SALARY
$60-80K base (DOE) +  discretionary bonus + great benefits 

HOURS
8:00am- 6:00pm (with 1 hour for lunch)
