Professional NYC family seeks a Nanny to assist with the care of their two children.  The ideal candidate will be extremely reliable, articulate, smart and professional.  Must have an interest in child development.  The candidate must speak French.  The ability to speak other languages is also a plus. The successful candidate will be engaging and responsible with a great attitude.

Could be perfect for a college student or someone in the arts looking for an evening job. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting with the evening care, enrichment and supervision of the children
• Oversee bath and getting ready for bed time 
• Packing and unpacking backpacks
• Managing children's schedule (feeding, sleeping, etc.)
• Organizing wardrobes 
• Light tidying up
• Child's Laundry
• Creating a warm, stimulating, and nurturing environment
• Light meal preparation

REQUIREMENTS

• 20 hours per week
• Positive attitude
• Must love children
• Friendly and approachable 
• Flexible and adaptable

SALARY
$30-50/hour DOE

HOURS
5-9pm Monday-Friday, with ability to work some weekends
*Ability to travel with the family as needed
