Executive Assistant to Deal Team at Growing PE Firm

New York, New York

Our client, a growing investment firm, is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to provide support a group of executives on their deal team. The ideal person will have 5+ years of administrative experience supporting a team in a corporate environment. The successful candidate will be flexible and have the ability to multi-task with ease. They will possess confidence, a positive attitude and be a team player. Strong attention to detail and a hardworking mentality is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES                            

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements (both domestic and international)
  • Maintain schedules and calendars for the team
  • Prepare and submit expenses reports using Concur
  • Screen and forward calls, provide information, take messages and schedule appointments
  • Prepare and manage correspondence and documents
  • Coordinate lunches, dinners and events, if needed
  • Ongoing ad hoc projects and special assignments as requested
  • Light personal work as needed
  • Meeting prep 

REQUIREMENTS
  • 5 plus years of prior administrative support or related experience
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Familiarity with Concur 
  • Strong working knowledge of computers and relevant software applications, primarily Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Must be punctual, dependable and have possess discretion
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team!

 
SALARY
$125-140K +  Discretionary Bonus Opportunity + Excellent Benefits/Perks

HOURS
8:30am-6pm + Flexibility for some OT as needed
5 days/week in office
