Executive Assistant to support CIO & Equities Team at boutique fund -- hybrid!

Our client, a highly regarded investment firm, is seeking a bright, proactive Executive Assistant to join its growing Equities team. This individual will provide administrative and operational support to the CIO, Portfolio Managers, Analysts, and broader investment team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CIO, Portfolio Managers, Analysts, and broader Equities team
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel and prepare detailed itineraries
  • Manage calendars, conference room bookings, expenses, and general day-to-day administrative needs
  • Assist with reports, presentations, spreadsheets, databases, and other team materials
  • Maintain and update internal tracking tools and organize meeting notes and team updates
  • Assist Portfolio Managers and Analysts with ad hoc projects and requests
  • Anticipate team needs and help keep priorities and deliverables organized and on track

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of administrative or executive support experience; financial services experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs
  • Mature, polished, and professional with a positive attitude
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

SALARY

$120-140K base + discretionary bonus + paid overtime + comprehensive benefits.

HOURS

Hybrid – 3 days/week in the NYC office.
