Temp to Perm EA at Midtown PE Firm--4x a week in person
Our client, an established lower-middle-market private equity firm, is seeking a polished and highly organized Temp to Perm Executive Assistant to support three senior investment professionals, including the President of Private Equity, a Managing Director, and a Founding Partner. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity starting the second week of September, with the intention of converting the right candidate to a permanent employee. The firm has approximately 40 employees and invests across a portfolio of approximately 13 companies.
This is a traditional Executive Assistant role focused on calendar management, travel, expenses, meeting coordination, and general administrative support. The pace is relatively manageable, but this person will be supporting three senior professionals and will need to be organized, responsive, and comfortable balancing multiple schedules and priorities.
The ideal candidate is polished, personable, and detail-oriented with prior experience supporting senior professionals within financial services. They should genuinely enjoy the EA function, work well as part of a collaborative administrative team, and be interested in finding a stable, long-term home within an established investment firm.
