Head of Operations at a Luxury Real Estate Firm in Midtown
Our client, a top-producing luxury real estate team, is seeking a Head of Operations to oversee the day-to-day management of the business. This individual will serve as an extension of leadership, ensuring operations run efficiently, agents remain accountable to their goals, and systems and processes support continued growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. They will be equally comfortable managing people, performance, and business operations while also playing a key role in shaping team culture and employee experience. This individual will serve as a cultural leader within the organization, helping to motivate the team, drive engagement, and foster a strong, cohesive office environment. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is excited to help lead an already successful business into its next chapter. This role is 5x days a week in-office.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure the team runs smoothly and efficiently
• Hold agents accountable to business plans, goals, and key deadlines
• Manage workflows, systems, and processes to support operational efficiency
• Partner closely with leadership to streamline operations and allow focus on growth and strategy
• Serve as a trusted resource and problem-solver across all areas of the business
• Track performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve productivity and profitability
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment while supporting professional development
• Take ownership of office culture and employee experience, driving engagement, morale, and retention
• Develop and implement initiatives that motivate agents and staff and strengthen overall team culture
• Act as a workplace experience lead, ensuring the office environment is positive, energized, and aligned with the team’s values
• Balance empathy and emotional intelligence with sound business judgment in managing people and operations
• Proven experience leading teams and managing business operations
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking reporting and performance metrics

• $(DOE) + discretionary percentage of commission sales
HOURS:
• 8:00/8:30am – 6:00/6:30pm
• Availability outside of standard hours as needed
