EA to Founder/CEO of a Public Tech Company

Our client, a publicly traded technology company, is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support its Founder & CEO as part of a collaborative Executive Assistant team. This is a highly visible role supporting an ultra-high-net-worth founder who operates at an incredibly fast pace and maintains an active business and personal schedule. The ideal candidate is proactive, energized by a 24/7 style team environment, highly organized, and thrives in a demanding, real-time environment where priorities shift quickly and no two days look the same. This individual will serve as a trusted extension of the CEO, balancing executive and personal support while partnering closely with the broader executive support team. Success in this role requires exceptional judgment, responsiveness, discretion, and a genuine willingness to handle responsibilities of all sizes with equal ownership.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide high-level executive and personal support to the Founder & CEO in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
  • Manage a wide range of personal and executive requests, including household coordination, deliveries, purchases, reservations, car services, package management, and other time-sensitive needs across multiple residences
  • Monitor multiple communication channels, including a high volume of text messages, ensuring requests are tracked, prioritized, and executed in real time
  • Serve as a trusted extension of the CEO by anticipating needs, maintaining awareness of daily priorities, and proactively resolving issues before they arise
  • Partner closely with the existing Executive Assistant team to ensure seamless coverage and continuity of support
  • Coordinate with the CEO's spouse and assist with family-related logistics and personal requests as needed
  • Track outstanding requests from start to finish, providing regular updates and ensuring timely completion
  • Build trusted relationships by learning the executive's preferences, communication style, and operating rhythms
  • Exercise exceptional judgment, professionalism, and discretion when handling highly confidential matters
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, security, logistics personnel, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of executive priorities
  • Maintain flexibility to support the executive outside of traditional business hours, particularly during travel or across multiple time zones
REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of experience supporting a Founder, CEO, President, or other senior executive in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Experience supporting a high-profile or ultra-high-net-worth executive strongly preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous competing priorities simultaneously
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence
  • Highly tech-savvy and comfortable managing communication across text, email, calendars, and digital workflow tools
  • Strong attention to detail with outstanding follow-through and execution
  • Ability to remain calm, adaptable, and resourceful in an environment with constantly shifting priorities
  • Service-oriented mindset with a willingness to handle responsibilities ranging from highly strategic to highly tactical
  • Comfortable receiving direct feedback and building trust in a high-performance environment
  • Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive information
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys partnering with other Executive Assistants and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Flexible and willing to be reachable outside of standard business hours as business needs require
COMPENSATION
$100-160K
SCHEDULE
Tuesday-Thursday in office (Midtown Manhattan), Monday & Friday WFH
Core business hours with significant flexibility to be available after hours, evenings, and weekends as business needs require. The executive team does rotate weekends!
