Temporary Executive/Personal Assistant to Founder of small finance firm -- September start -- 6-8 months

Our client, a successful Founder and investor, is seeking a Temporary Executive/Personal Assistant to provide seamless support during a maternity leave coverage. This is a unique opportunity to step into a highly visible role with significant training and overlap from the current Assistant, ensuring a smooth transition and set-up for success.
The position will be a blend of executive, personal, and office management support, requiring someone who is highly organized, resourceful, and eager to jump in wherever needed. The ideal candidate will be energetic, polished, and proactive, with a "no task too big or too small" attitude. This role is primarily based in the office, with occasional time spent at the Principal's residence as needed.

This assignment is expected to last approximately 6-8 months and will begin in September.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive executive and personal support to the Founder and family
• Manage complex calendars, appointments, personal commitments, and scheduling logistics
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, presentations, reservations, and travel materials
• Assist with personal projects including household logistics, vendor management, appointments, moves, relocations, and special events
• Coordinate dinners, social engagements, RSVPs, vacations, and family-related activities
• Prepare meeting materials, print and bind presentations, and ensure executives are prepared for meetings
• Greet clients and visitors, coordinate conference room logistics, and help maintain a professional office environment
• Order lunches, manage office supplies, oversee pantry inventory, and assist with day-to-day office operations
• Support office initiatives and special projects, including an upcoming office relocation
• Handle ad hoc requests and administrative tasks with a high degree of professionalism and urgency

REQUIREMENTS
• 3+ years of Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office Management experience
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; knowledge of Pivot Tables preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High energy, positive attitude, and willingness to be hands-on
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, polished, and comfortable interacting with executives, family members, and clients
• Resourceful problem-solver with a proactive mindset
• Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent follow-through
• Must be comfortable working onsite five days per week, with occasional visits to the Principal's residence as needed

SALARY
Equivalent of approximately $120K annualized rate (DOE)

HOURS
~40 hours per week, generally falling between 8:00am–6:00pm depending on the needs of the Principal and office
Monday–Friday, fully onsite
