Our client, a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial firm, is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support their Founder & CEO. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage a complex and ever-changing calendar, strategically prioritizing meetings, travel, and executive priorities
• Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, logistics, and last-minute changes
• Serve as the gatekeeper for a high-volume inbox, triaging communications, drafting responses, and ensuring timely follow-up
• Prepare daily briefing materials, meeting agendas, and background documents to ensure the executive is fully prepared
• Track action items, follow-ups, and key deliverables to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Draft and edit correspondence on behalf of the executive, adapting seamlessly to their communication style
• Coordinate meetings and communications with senior-level stakeholders, investors, clients, and business partners
• Build and refine systems, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency and organization
• Assist with special projects and administrative initiatives as needed
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality while handling sensitive business and personal information
REQUIREMENTS
• 3–5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting a Founder, CEO, or senior executive in a startup, venture-backed, or high-growth environment
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong experience with complex calendaring, inbox management, and travel coordination
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly proactive with a natural ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
• Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Google Workspace; familiarity with productivity and AI tools is a must
• Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information with sound judgment
• Low-ego, team-oriented mindset with a "no task too big or too small" attitude
SALARY
Up to $175K base + discretionary bonus + fully covered medical, dental, and vision benefits
HOURS
9:00am–6:00pm
5 days per week onsite in the Union Square office
