Our client, a leading growth equity firm, is seeking a highly polished, career Executive Assistant to support two senior executives. This is a critical, high-exposure role within a fast-paced investment environment, requiring a candidate who is not only exceptionally organized, but also highly intelligent, proactive, and accustomed to operating at a high level within finance.
The ideal candidate comes out of a financial services or investment firm, has built their career as an Executive Assistant, and brings a strong sense of ownership, discretion, and executive presence. This role requires someone who can anticipate needs, think several steps ahead, and act as a true extension of the executives they support.

This position is fully in office, five days per week in New York City.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide high-level administrative support to two senior executives, acting as a true partner in managing day-to-day priorities
- Manage complex, multi-time zone calendars, prioritizing high-value meetings and ensuring seamless scheduling
- Coordinate all aspects of meetings, calls, and appointments, including logistics and materials preparation
- Prepare executives for daily activities with detailed briefing materials, including meeting notes, resumes, and itineraries
- Arrange and manage complex domestic and international travel, including flights, visas, accommodations, and ground transportation
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling or logistical challenges
- Represent executives with a high level of professionalism while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Support relationship management efforts, including coordinating gifts and follow-ups on behalf of executives
- Partner with the broader administrative team on key initiatives and ad hoc projects
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-7+ years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally within financial services or a fast-paced investment environment
- Career Executive Assistant with demonstrated longevity and progression in prior roles
- Strong calendar management and organizational skills; advanced Outlook proficiency required
- Extensive experience coordinating complex, international travel logistics
- Exceptional attention to detail, including CRM and contact management accuracy
- Experience supporting senior executives or high-net-worth individuals
- Familiarity with expense reporting tools (e.g., Expensify, Concur) preferred
- Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information
- Strong communication skills and a highly polished, client-facing demeanor
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to operate with urgency in a high-performance environment
- Ability to work onsite five days per week in New York City
HOURS:
- 8:30am–5:30pm; Monday through Friday + flexibility for overtime as needed
SALARY:
- $100K–$150K base (DOE) + discretionary bonus + strong benefits
