Executive Assistant/Office Manager at growing/dynamic PR firm in Midtown

Our client, a fast-growing and highly dynamic Public Relations firm, is seeking a polished and proactive Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support a senior executive while helping oversee the day-to-day operations of their vibrant NYC office. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide high-level executive support including heavy calendar management, scheduling across multiple time zones, and prioritizing competing commitments
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, creating detailed itineraries and ensuring seamless logistics
  • Prepare and process expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations, ensuring the space runs efficiently and professionally
  • Act as liaison with the building, IT teams, and vendors; coordinate maintenance, deliveries, and office-related logistics
  • Manage guest and visitor coordination, including registration, greeting, and ensuring a welcoming office environment
  • Partner with vendors and service providers, including negotiating contracts and managing relationships
  • Support office culture initiatives, including coordinating internal events, team gatherings, and special projects
  • Maintain office supplies, pantry, and overall organization of shared spaces
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative initiatives to support both the executive and broader team

REQUIREMENTS
  • 3+ years of administrative experience, ideally supporting senior leadership
  • Corporate experience strongly preferred; experience in PR, media, or creative industries a plus
  • Polished written and verbal communication skills with a professional and engaging demeanor
  • Strong understanding of administrative procedures and office operations
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Friendly, personable, and confident serving as the face of the office
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to step in wherever needed
  • Open to new challenges and additional responsibilities within a fast-paced, growing environment
SALARY
$90–125K (DOE) + bonus + benefits

HOURS
9:00am–6:00pm, Monday–Friday
