Our client, an Asset Management firm in Midtown East is looking to hire a star Executive Assistant to support their CEO. The role will require the candidate to be in the office 5x a week. This position will provide high-level EA support including traditional duties such as calendar, travel, expenses, event coordination, ad hoc projects and more. The successful candidate will have at least 7+ years of corporate admin experience and will have stellar computer and interpersonal skills. This candidate must be out of financial services sector (HF, Asset Manager, PE). Please note this role begins at 8am. No exceptions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide executive support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel coordination, expense reporting, general administrative support, etc.
- Support the administrative needs of Exec including meeting coordination, travel coordination, etc.
- Coordinate meetings and greet clients or guests
- Attend related meetings and maintain minutes/records
- Event coordination as needed
- Ad hoc projects as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of experience in a relevant administrative capacity supporting senior executives or multiple teams
- Experience coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of discretion
- Demonstrated sense of ownership and proactivity
- Exceptional attention to detail and conscientiousness
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong multitasking ability
- Good judgment, with positive and unflappable attitude
- Organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
SALARY:
Up to $250K (DOE) total compensation (base + bonus) + 100% covered health, dental and vision + 401(K) and 4% match + unlimited PTO and much more
HOURS:
8am-5:00pm + 24/7 avail via phone and email as needed
